รุ่นล่าสุด เป็น Visual Studio 2008 นะครับ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ครับ
ดาวน์โหลดได้ ที่นี่ครับ (รุ่น Express นะครับ)
VS 2008: http://www.microsoft.com/express/download/

มีให้โหลด 2 แบบครับ แบบ Web กับ Offline
แบบ Web คือเลือกลงเฉพาะโปรแกรม (VB, VC#, WVD, VC++) ครับ แต่ลงผ่านทางเว็บครับ
และแบบ Offline คือ Download ทุกโปรแกรม (4 โปรแกรม) ลงเครื่อง ให้เป็นไฟล์แบบ ISO ครับ
